BUILDER ASSIST PROGRAM

Bedecorp is pleased to announce the opening of our new build center! Our first build center is located in Medina, OH, which is just South of Cleveland, OH and West of Akron,OH. This build center is available for all BD products, including the new BD-4C aircraft. It is available on a first come first serve basis. If demand warrants it we will open a second build center in Florida.  

Fuselage:  BD-4C          $2,900.00

This program will require the customer to be at our build center for two days to complete the construction of their BD-4C Fuselage. Our technicians will partially assemble the fuselage with the customer completing the final assembly.  The additional cost for this program is $2,900.00. 

All Metal Wings:  BD-4C or BD-4B       $5,200.00

This program will require the customer to be at our build center for three days to complete the construction of their wings. Our technicians will use our wing fixtures to assist the customer in the building and construction of their wings. Including installation of fuel sensors and new fuel pick-up system. There is an additional charge of $1,800.00 for the assembly and installation of the flaps and ailerons.  

Landing Gear: BD-4C or BD-4B       $2,700.00

This program will require the customer to be at our build center for one day. Our technicians will assist the customer in the installation of our new landing gear box and strut installation, along with nose gear strut installation, including wheels, brakes and tires.  

Custom Instrument Panels:

Bedecorp now offers pre-cut and pre-wired instrument panels. They can range from $8,000.00 to $25,000.00 depending on the desired equipment.  

Weldments:

Starting September 1st all weldments for the BD-4C and BD-4B will be available completed and primed. Please check our website for the appropriate part number and cost.  

Nose Gear:

The new BD-4 nose gear was designed to be retro-fitted to all existing BD-4's. Pricing for these nose gear wheels will be available September 1st.  

Accessories:

Bedecorp now offers a wide variety of accessories available for the BD-4. Lycoming Engines, Hartzell Props, Fiberglass Cowlings, Welded Dynon Focal Engine Mounts, Custom BD-4 Exhaust Systems, etc. Please call for quote.
